i think the biggest thing i can say is that if you want to make changes do it for a positive reason not a negative one. like if you want to start going to the gym more frame it as taking care of your body and pushing yourself to do something amazing that will release endorphins, not as a punishment for your body. even if you don’t believe it right away just framing things in that way really helps you love yourself bc you start realizing you DESERVE GOOD THINGS!!!! take the time to treat yourself well!!
